After what felt like one of the coldest winters we have had since living in Hervey Bay – things have really heated up over the last week as we head into spring. With a week of warm days getting into the mid 20’s I thought it was time for a look in the local rivers –

It didn’t take long to get my 1st jack of the season

I pulled the hooks on a couple other fish before landing this nice little river Gt

I got a small blue salmon & tailor before adding this flathead to our tally….

Finished the day with this lovely little barra and pulled the hooks on another one before heading home – Bring on Summer

So many fish – Scotto
