Had another amazing day out on the bay this week whale watching – when three mature humpbacks decided to swim over & personally introduce themselves
We where sitting off these whales ( approx 300metres ) while they interacted with another boat when they disappeared – reappearing under our bow a few minutes later !
Once our initial fears subsided – we enjoyed a most amazing experience
The encounter truly put everything in perspective
They where so graceful & gentle & never once actually touching our hull
